Custom Orders
At Sabeth Jewelry, we offer a bespoke jewelry service designed to create one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect each client’s unique vision and style.
At this time, custom orders are available exclusively in 14k solid gold and may feature precious gemstones, natural diamonds, or lab-grown diamonds.
Pricing
Each custom project is quoted individually, as pricing depends on several factors, including:
- The requested design.
- Estimated gold weight.
- The type and size of the selected gemstones.
- Manufacturing complexity.
- Materials required.
In addition to fully custom creations, we also offer a selection of pre-designed styles that can be crafted with different gemstones or minor modifications, subject to feasibility.
Production Time
Estimated production time is 4–6 weeks from the date the final design is approved and payment has been confirmed.
More complex projects or designs requiring specially sourced gemstones may require additional production time. If so, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Once the design has been approved and payment has been confirmed, production begins immediately.
For this reason, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or returned once production has started.
The only exception applies to confirmed manufacturing defects, which will be handled in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
**Due to the handcrafted nature of custom jewelry, digital renderings, sketches, and design previews are intended as visual representations of the final piece. Minor variations in finish, natural gemstone color, gold weight, or final dimensions may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.
