At Sabeth Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you need to exchange an item, we offer the following options:

Standard Exchanges:

Items purchased without a Gift Exchange Ticket may be exchanged within 48 hours of the original purchase date.

Gift Exchange Ticket:

If your purchase includes a Gift Exchange Ticket, the exchange period is extended to 7 calendar days from the original purchase date.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

* Be in perfect, unused condition.
* Be returned in its original packaging.
* Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or the physical Gift Exchange Ticket.

All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value. If you select an item of greater value, the price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange.

Items purchased on sale, promotional items, final sale items, and personalized or custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchanges or returns, unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, color, style, or purchasing decisions. In these cases, an exchange may only be considered if the purchase meets all of the conditions outlined above.
