Warranty Policy

 

At SABETH JEWELRY, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service. It’s important for you to be aware of our warranty policies:

1. Warranty for pieces with gold plating, vermeil gold 14k/18k, and silver 925:

  • All pieces with gold plating or in silver 925 come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase, provided they are purchased at regular price (not on sale or with discounts).

  • If your piece encounters any issues due to a manufacturing defect within this timeframe, such as broken clasps, deformities, or stone loss, please contact us as soon as possible for replacement or repair.

  • The warranty does NOT cover: damages caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse; loss of part or all of the piece; loss of plating color; oxidation (this depends on your skin’s pH*) or pieces purchased at a discount.

Note: The cost of shipping for collection or delivery of the piece will be borne by the customer.

2. Warranty for 10k/14k/18k solid gold pieces:

  • Solid gold pieces come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided they are purchased at regular price (not on sale).

  • If your piece has any manufacturing defects within this period, such as broken clasps, deformities, or stone loss, please contact us as soon as possible for repair.

  • The warranty does NOT cover: damages caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse; loss of part or all of the piece; or pieces purchased at a discount.

  • The warranty DOES cover: repairs, stone loss, and maintenance of the piece. The estimated time for this process can be up to 2 weeks.

Note: The cost of shipping for collection or delivery of the piece will be borne by the customer.

3. The warranty does NOT cover:

a) Refunds after the piece has been delivered and/or used (please see our return policy).

b) Transportation or shipping costs.

c) Items marked as FINAL SALE or purchased at a discount.

d) Pieces with damage caused by improper care. (Please refer to our care guide for pieces).

e) After the warranty period, all maintenance or repair costs will be fully borne by the customer.
