At Sabeth Jewelry, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and stand behind every purchase with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Sterling Silver, Vermeil & Gold-Plated Jewelry

All sterling silver, vermeil, and 14k/18k gold-plated jewelry purchased at regular price is covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Defective clasps.
  • Loose or missing stones due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Faulty soldering.
  • Structural deformities resulting from a manufacturing defect.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Sabeth Jewelry will, at its sole discretion, repair the item, replace it with the same item, or, if unavailable, offer a comparable item of equal value.

Solid Gold Jewelry (10k, 14k & 18k)

All solid gold jewelry purchased at regular price is covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Defective clasps.
  • Loose or missing stones due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Faulty soldering.

Because the majority of our solid gold pieces are custom-made, this warranty covers repairs only. These pieces cannot be replaced with a new item, unless Sabeth Jewelry determines, at its sole discretion, that the piece cannot be repaired.

The estimated turnaround time for repairs is up to two (2) weeks, although this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the repair.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, impact, drops, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
  • Natural fading or wear of gold plating over time.
  • Natural oxidation or tarnishing of sterling silver.
  • Scratches, dents, or deformation caused by regular use.
  • Loss of all or part of the jewelry.
  • Damage caused by exposure to perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, cleaning products, saltwater, swimming pools, or other chemicals.
  • Damage resulting from repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by anyone other than Sabeth Jewelry.
  • Items purchased on sale, promotional items, or products marked as Final Sale.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs associated with the inspection, repair, or return of warranty items are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise determined by Sabeth Jewelry.

After the Warranty Period

Once the warranty period has expired, we are happy to assist with repairs or maintenance whenever possible. These services are subject to evaluation and applicable service fees.
