Damaged Items or Order Errors
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio. However, if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we’re here to help.
We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item received.
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim, and if an order error or manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include repairing the item, replacing it, or providing another resolution at Sabeth Jewelry’s discretion.
Claims for damaged items or order errors submitted after this period cannot be accepted, except for issues covered under our Warranty Policy.
If your package shows visible signs of damage upon delivery, we recommend taking photos before opening it and reporting the issue immediately to both the carrier and our customer service team.
