Refunds

At Sabeth Jewelry, our goal is to resolve any issue fairly and efficiently.

Refunds are not part of our standard exchange policy and will only be issued when Sabeth Jewelry determines that a refund is appropriate under our policies or when required by applicable law.

Credit & Debit Card Purchases

If a refund is approved for a purchase made by credit or debit card, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Once the refund has been issued, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends entirely on the issuing bank or payment processor. Sabeth Jewelry cannot guarantee processing times after the refund has been submitted.

Bank Transfers & Cash Purchases

For purchases paid by bank transfer or cash, any approved refund may, at Sabeth Jewelry’s discretion, be issued as a Gift Card (store credit) or refunded using another method deemed appropriate for the specific situation.

Payments by Check

To protect both our customers and Sabeth Jewelry, all payments made by check are subject to bank verification. 

Initial acceptance of a check by a financial institution does not guarantee final settlement of funds. Sabeth Jewelry reserves the right to extend the verification period whenever deemed necessary to protect both parties.

Orders paid by check will not be released or shipped until the payment has been fully verified and cleared by the corresponding financial institution.

This verification process requires a minimum of 48 business hours, although processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.

Sabeth Jewelry reserves the right to refuse payment by check whenever there are reasonable concerns regarding its authenticity or the availability of funds.

If a refund request is made for a purchase originally paid by check, the request will be subject to a minimum seven (7) business day review period to allow sufficient time for the payment to fully clear and to help prevent fraudulent transactions.

Partial Refunds

If a partial refund is approved, it will apply only to the value of the approved item(s) and will not include shipping charges, taxes, payment processing fees, or other associated costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size, color, style, or design selection.
  • Sale or Final Sale items.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Sabeth Jewelry reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in these policies.
