In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During product launches, promotions, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Custom solid gold pieces require an estimated production time of 4–6 weeks, beginning once the final design has been approved and payment has been confirmed.
Once completed, the order will be shipped using the customer’s selected shipping method.

Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, delivery times become the responsibility of the carrier.
While we are always happy to assist in tracking your shipment, Sabeth Jewelry cannot guarantee delivery times provided by third-party carriers.
MetroPac / Caribe Pac / EPS Shipments
Customers who choose couriers acknowledge that this shipping service is operated by an independent third-party carrier.
Once the package has been successfully delivered to one of these couriers, Sabeth Jewelry is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays that occur while the package is in transit.
For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting our door-to-door delivery service, which offers a more secure shipping experience.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to Sabeth Jewelry because it was unclaimed, refused by the recipient, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
